Disneyland Paris to host pre-premiere of The AntMan

From ED92 on Twitter:

"Ant-Man and the Wasp pre-premiere headed to Disneyland Paris on July 14 with a visit from the cast.
The movie comes out July 18 in France."

This is great news for Disneyland Paris to again host a premiere, even a pre-one. Back in 2017 they hosted The Pirates of the Caribbean Salazars Revenge, which looked amazing, we were gutted we weren't there as the cast including Johnny Depp attended!

Marvel of Superheroes opening ceremony

Ok, so just want finished watching this, so while it's fresh. I thought this was better organised than Fandaze, although Fandaze looked amazing, it wouldn't be any good for young kids, but this is right on the money I know my lad will absolutely love this! And the hubby too! So the opening ceremony was simple, not overly flashy which is what I expected really, so was pleasantly surprised, it was very too the point. The costumes look great, and the whole setup seems simple but really great to see.
They previewed one the shows, only a few minutes, but from what was shown its gona be a completely new experience never done in Disneyland Paris before!
It was only short, so not a huge report, but from whats on the livestreams it's gona be one hell of a ride, and I hope to be there next summer! Xx

This season seems to be concentrated in Walt Disney Studios (it needs it!) and will have a meet n greet with your favourite Marvel heroes aswell as a new show and the new roller-coaster which I'm assuming is opening this month? Some new decirations have been installed and they look fantastic, cannot wait to see more of this, so far the new seasons have been a success so be interesting to see how this one plays out °o° xx

Tips for taking a toddler to Disneyland Paris

We took our son for his first trip at age 3, while he was young he still remembers most of his trip and constantly asks to go (were off in Oct, he sort of knows but dnt know when)
It was a new experience for me as my first time as a parent, very different experience! So here's my top tips for taking your toddler to Disneyland Paris! Xx

1) Check the weather. Take a coat even if it says warm, just incase, we dressed for winter, and found it was boiling! So always check before you go, if bringing costs something waterproof should do unless your going in January, then it's Cold!

1A) Pick up a programme when you enter the park and get extras that way you know what's happening and when.

2) Snack packs. We had a green pass so weren't queuing all that much. We did have to queue for Princess Pavilion, which was about a 45 minute wait, so having some small snacks for Tyler to munch on came in handy!
 3) Character meals:
At this age they won't keep still, we did put Tyler in his high chair for his meal (I would Deffo recommend this if they do want go after the characters and not wait) we did let Tyler explore a bit and he insisted to find Minnie (his fave, saw her every day)
4) plenty of rest:
We saw Disney Dreams (it then changed to Illuminations) the first night, and did it once only as Ty was tired, it is a long day in the parks and plenty of rest is essential, as he became ratty after awhile. Of course it depends on your child and how they are with long hours, we would have seen the fireworks more than once if we could.

5) Some kind of Rein for the pram:
If your child is walking, it helps to have something to grab onto should they decide to run off. The parks get very busy and it's very easy to loose each other in the crowd. Tyler didn't find this invasive in any way and eventually only sat in his pram to get places.

6) Meal Plans:
This is a godsend! Easy to do, pay before you go, we had the Half Board Plus option, so we paid abit extra for character meals, and we did Buffalo Bills (Texan set menu, chicken, Chilli, unlimited drinks) Inventions (this was our fave of them all, so relaxed and the characters really took time with you) and Cafe Mickey in Disney Village (the character interaction was OK, but I wouldn't recommend the food tbh)

7) Autographs:' Have your kids book and pen ready and on the right page, it'll save them and you time and they'll have more time to interact with your child.
My finally, let your kid lead now and again, Tyler knew what he wanted and who he wanted to see so now and again he showed us, the only thing we had planned was the meals, so enjoy and see where the day takes you!

Have a magical day! Hope °o° xx

Disneyland Paris Fandaze event!

So, I just watched this on livestream, and switched off after Max Live, so there may be another post tmoz when I catch up, but while it's fresh (I did miss the opening so lost bout 10 mins) .

Ducktales Parade:
OK, so this was a parade only for tonight and featured the cast of Ducktales. It was a interactive parade, the original song was playing, which was awesome to hear (I hate the new show) It was alright, I think the lack of participation was surprising from people there as they did pay for this, but the cast were energetic and really into it, which was great to see. I also noticed the floats were recycled from the 25th anniversary last year, but again they were done well.

Characters:
There was a lot of rare characters tonight, which was great to see, funny enough people seemed to be enjoying that more lol. Oswald was a Brill edition, as was Jim Hawkins, and Atlantis. And of course Frozen which are only at special events for meets (until the expansion is finished).

The main characters outfits xx

Max Live (I switched off after this)
OK, so this.. Was the thing I was really looking forward to coz a Goofy Movie was a brilliant film.. A lot of it was great, the opening was brilliant, Zootropolis and the Stitch, even hue Three Cabarellos, but then it went down hill for me. First the only characters from the film were Goofy and Max, and second it was abit misleading how it had been advertised, the music was great, as were the performers but for the price? Not for me.

Last bits:
The ears for this event are amazing, I'm gutted I won't own these, very pretty. The presenters at the beginning didn't seem to know a lot about the park or where things were, which is not good atall, the other thing I'd mention is the original voice of the Phantom in Phantom Manor was originally Vincent Price! Did not know that, will be pretty cool to go on the ride when it reopens in October.
That's it!
Have a magical day °o° xx
